Mr. Adams, who has more than 35 years of experience in the mining business, has been advancing the Toroparu Project since 1999. A Director of Rojo Resources, he is also the Chairman and President of the privately-held and family-owned Energy Fuels Corporation group of companies, which owned and developed Colorado's largest coal mine. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Energy Fuels Nuclear Inc., the largest producer of uranium in the US during the 1980s and 1990s. The son of the late Robert W. Adams, one of the founders of the U.S. uranium industry, Mr. Adams has been active in real estate development, banking, cattle production, and formerly owned 40% of the Denver Broncos National Football League franchise.
Mr. Munson has been involved with the Toroparu Project since 1999 through ETK, Inc., a Guyana corporation formed when he and John Adams obtained the rights to the land concession now known as Toroparu. Mr. Munson became the CEO and a Director of Sandspring in 2009, when it acquired the Toroparu Gold Project. Active in the natural resources sector for over 35 years, Mr. Munson began his career as a taxation lawyer. In 1985, he joined the Energy Fuels Corporation group of companies, where he is now a Director and Executive Vice President.

A director since 2010, Mr. Barnes was a technical adviser on the Toroparu Gold Project for several years prior to joining Sandspring's management team in January 2011. Previously the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the privately-held Hunter Energy LLC and Hunter Resource Capital Inc., Mr. Barnes has been involved in a number of privately held companies, and specializes in the trading, production, and investment in commodities in developing countries.
Mr. Beharry is the Vice Chairman of the Edward B. Beharry & Company Ltd. (the "Beharry Group"), a business conglomerate active in a number of industries throughout Guyana and the Caribbean. The Beharry Group's interests in the Guyanese insurance and finance sectors include an engagement with the Guyana Americas Merchant Bank, which started as a joint venture with the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group. The Beharry Group operates a major food manufacturing and distribution business in Guyana, and is the exclusive distributor of Toyota in Guyana through Beharry Automotive Ltd.

Chairman of U308 Corp., Mr. Constable has worked in the resources sector for more than 40 years. He is a professional geologist whose experience extends to mineral exploration, development, and strategic investor relations, both in Canada and internationally. Mr. Constable was the Vice President of Investor Relations for FNX Mining Company Inc. for 8 years until he retired in 2010 following the company's merger with Quadra Mining Ltd.
Gordon Keep has extensive business experience in investment banking and creating public natural resource companies. Mr. Keep currently is CEO of Fiore Management & Advisory Corp., a private financial advisory firm. He also serves as an officer and/or director for several natural resource companies. From January 2001 to July 2007, Mr. Keep was Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Endeavour Financial Corporation, September 1997 until March 2004, he was Senior Vice President and a director of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., and from April 1987 until October 1997, he was Vice President, Corporate Finance in the Natural Resource group of Yorkton Securities Inc. He obtained his B.Sc. in Geological Science from Queen's University in 1979 and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia in 1983 and is a Professional Geologist in the province of British Columbia.
Mr. Laing was appointed COO of Equinox Gold Corp., formerly Trek Mining Inc. and prior to that, Luna Gold, in August 2016. Before joining Luna Gold, Mr. Laing was the COO of True Gold, which developed the Karma gold mine in Burkina Faso and was acquired by Endeavour Mining in April 2016. Mr. Laing is a mining engineer with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining True Gold, Mr. Laing was the COO and led the origination and execution of stream financing transactions of Quintana Resources, a base metals streaming company. He was also one of the original executives of Endeavour Mining as the group grew from one mine in Burkina Faso to a 500,000 ounce gold producer in West Africa. He was an integral part of the acquisition and integration by Endeavour of three junior gold producers, the construction of a fourth operation in Cote d'Ivoire (Agbaou) and the preparation of a feasibility study for a fifth project in Burkina Faso (Houndé) that is currently under construction. Prior to these recent roles, Mr. Laing held senior positions in mining investment banking at Standard Bank in New York, technical consulting at MRDI in California, the Refugio project at Bema Gold Corp. and various roles at Billiton, Royal Dutch Shell's mining business. Mr. Laing is currently a director of Alton Resources, Fortuna Silver and Northern Dynasty.
Mr. Harry Pokrandt recently retired as the CEO of Hive Blockchain Technologies Ltd., and as the interim CEO and a director of BQ Metals Corp. He retired in 2015 from Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. Formerly, Mr. Pokrandt was Managing Director for a major international investment banking firm, leading its Metals & Mining Group at its Vancouver office. He was previously involved with resource-focused investment bank boutique, Orion Securities Inc., where he worked in Institutional Sales for over 20 years. He has worked on numerous financing and advisory assignments in the metals and mining sector. Additionally, Mr. Pokrandt was a member of the President's Council for the International Crisis Group from 2010 to 2013 and has been actively involved in the Local Advisory Committee for the TSX Venture Exchange since 2013.
Lombardo Paredes-Arenas serves as Chief Executive Officer of Gran Colombia Gold and brings over 20 years of corporate leadership and operations management experience in the resource sector in Latin America. Before becoming an independent consultant on energy and environmental project development, Mr. Paredes held several roles with within Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA). He was responsible for regional planning of investments and social development for Eastern Venezuela and was Managing Director and a Board Member of Maraven S.A. (an affiliate of PDVSA), with responsibility for the construction and commissioning of the Cardon Refinery Conversion Project in Venezuela, a US$2.6 billion project. He was also General Manager of its Production Operations - 2 - Division, with 5,000 employees and oil production of 800,000 barrels per day. Mr. Paredes holds Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Economic Analysis and Financial Economics degrees.
Federico Restrepo-Solano is a Colombian business executive with more than 27 years of experience in the mining, oil and infrastructure industries. Currently he is a Partner and Corporate Director of Qvartz Capital Partners, a strategic advisory firm, and has served as Senior Vice-President of Corporate Affairs with Frontera Energy and its predecessor, Pacific Exploration and Production, President of Promotora del Puerto Integrado-Propuerto S.A., President of the National Federation of Coal Producers (Fenalcarbón), Corporate Affairs Manager for Coalcorp Mining Inc., and Special Advisor on Environmental and Port Affairs for the City of Santa Marta. Mr. Restrepo holds a degree in Social Communications Sciences from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogota, and a Diploma in Corporate Finance from Universidad del Rosario.
